About
Xplore Breathwork
We are Conditioned to Forget
From the moment we arrive, we are taught who to be, what to want, and how to move through the world.
We learn to trade our inner knowing for approval, to silence the voice that whispers from within.
Society conditions us to tune out our own wisdom, to conform, to fit into molds that keep us functioning but disconnected.
The Body Remembers
Even when the mind conforms, the body does not forget.
It carries every truth you’ve abandoned, every dream you’ve silenced, every boundary you’ve swallowed to belong.
Within its sensations lies a map — leading you back to the parts of yourself that are ready to be reclaimed.
The Breath Knows the Way
Xplore Breathwork teaches you how to use the breath in pursuit of what cannot be taught, only uncovered
With each breath, you open the channel to your deepest self — the place within that remembers what the world taught you to forget.
Through this practice, you reclaim the wisdom that was always yours and remember who you came here to be.
This is the journey of Xplore Breathwork — a return to your truth, your power, your purpose.
About Alise
Certified Trauma-informed
Breathwork Facilitator
Creator of Xplore Breathwork
The first time I tried breathwork was symbolic of how I lived my life.
The instructor urged everyone to go harder, faster — more, more, more.
I followed along because that’s what I’d always done, doing what was expected of me. When it ended, I felt nothing but relief it was over.
The second time was different. Before the session began, something in me decided — this time, I was going all in. Every breath became a conscious choice, and that choice came entirely from me. In that moment, I felt a power awaken inside — my own intuition, my own authority, my own truth.
That moment is the essence of why I created Xplore Breathwork — to offer others the chance to experience the power that lives within them on their own terms. To guide people back to their own knowing, to help them trust themselves, and to live a life rooted in their own truth.
We each carry a unique, magical signature waiting to be uncovered, and there is no greater gift to this world than breaking free from the status quo and embodying our true nature.
